Rules
No food, drink, or chewing gum on or around the rental equipment.
Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and bags MUST be removed before entering onto the inflatable.
Absolutely no face paint, party poppers, colored streamers or silly string to be used on or around the inflatable.
No pets or sharp objects in or near the inflatable units.
Only 1 rider allowed at the top of the waterslides at a time, 2 riders for double lane slides and 6 riders per bounce house combo units
No flips, hanging, or sitting on walls.
Absolutely no smoking! (Burn hole on any unit will result in an automatic charge of $300 for repairs and labor).
Always ensure that the inflatable unit is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it.
Contract
Customer agrees not to loan, sublet, or use the rental equipment at any other location.
Customer agrees to pay the full replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to the rental equipment.
If the inflatable unit is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the renter agrees to pay for a replacement unit up to $8,000.
Customer agrees to ensure that all users and users guardians of the rental will go over the rules prior to using the equipment.
Bounce House U Rentals is not responsible for any damages caused by the set up or break down of the equipment.
The person/s or organization renting this equipment from Bounce House U Rentals will be held responsible and liable for any and all damages and injuries that may occur during the duration of the rental. (from drop off to pick up).
Lessee understands and acknowledges that play on amusement devices entails both known and unknown risks including but not limited to physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing, colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage or death to any participant. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Bounce House U Rentals harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, cost, expenses, fees, damages, and liabilities. Bounce House U Rentals cannot, under any circumstance, be held liable for any injuries as a result of inappropriate use, nature, or any other conditions beyond its control or knowledge.
